What is NDIS Short Term Accommodation (STA)

What is Short Term Accommodation (STA)? Under the NDIS, Short Term Accommodation (often referred to as STA) is temporary supported accommodation for a period of 2-6 weeks, available through the Core funding of your plan Ipswich STA offers above and beyond the best 24/7 care one to one ratio available which offers peace of mind while providing professional care.

Our facilities also offer a tranquil haven for NDIS participants who have STA (respite) funding in their NDIS plan to access. When can Medium term accommodation (MTA) be used?

Once it is time to transition to a more permanently funded home, we can provide guidance and advice around this process. With onsite transport facilities for mobility impaired clients, we are able to access the community safely.
